Shipping

At Equip2Go we try to keep things simple for everyone, thats why we have flat rate shipping on all orders for Metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. For orders of only castors, lifting equipment and/or plastic containers you will pay only $22 for shipping into these metro areas. For larger goods such as products in our trolleys or ladders categories shipping is a friendly $44. Should you choose products from more than one category only the higher shipping charge will apply. For example if you order some plastic tubs, a box of castors and 3 trolleys, you still only pay $44 for shipping. Shipping charges are based on having suitable equipment to unload bulkier items, should special delivery conditions be required (ie Tailgate drop off)  we reserve the right to charge extra.

For areas outside of these areas we can certainly help with extremely competitive freight rates from our network of carriers we use. Should freight come to more than the default flat rates we will calculate the cost specifically for your order and quote you accordingly. At this point you have the option of paying any additional freight charges (we will then ship your goods promptly), arranging your own freight (we will refund any freight payments already made) or cancelling your order for a full refund.

Please note that any free delivery offers are not usable with other discount codes or coupons.

Delivery

Now that you have ordered your goods you are probably wondering how long it will be before you receive your goods. We endeavour to hold suitable stock levels at all times, however like all businesses we do occasionally run out. 98% of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and payment of order and will be delivered around 3 business days for Metro areas. To regional areas it can sometimes be a little longer, but most orders are delivered around 5 business days. If goods are going to have any longer delays we will inform you beforehand so you are aware and can make alternative arrangements if needed.

In all instances, where practicable, we will dispatch goods from your closest branch to ensure goods are delivered as promptly as possible.

Like with all things though communication is the key, if you need any special deliveries, urgent orders or have complex delivery requirements, then please let us know so we can do our best to ensure that your needs are met.

Free Standard Shipping On Online Orders Over AUD $399 +GST

When an order has been submitted outside of the qualifying shipping zone and is ineligible for free shipping, Equip2GO will contact you to discuss the delivery charge. A full refund will be issued if you choose not to accept the cost of delivery.
